Refund Policy for Moskese Weddings and Events
Effective Date: 6/20/2025
At Moskese Weddings and Events, we are committed to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ve outlined our refund policy below to provide clarity and fairness to all clients.
1. Booking Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

This deposit covers initial planning, event hold, and time blocked off for your booking.

The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellation by the client.
2. Full or Partial Refunds
Refund eligibility for the remaining balance (beyond the deposit) depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made:

14+ Days Before Event:
A full refund (minus the deposit) will be issued. -
7–13 Days Before Event:
A 50% refund (minus the deposit) will be issued. -
Less Than 7 Days Before Event:
No refund will be issued due to the short notice and scheduling impact.
3. Client No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations
If the client cancels on the day of the event, or if no one is present to accept the DJ setup and performance at the agreed time, no refund will be issued.
4. Cancellations by Moskese
In the rare event that we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseeable circumstances:

You will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

We will also make every reasonable effort to help find a suitable replacement DJ if desired.
5. Event Disruptions
If the event is cut short or interrupted due to venue issues, weather, or client-related delays, no refund will be issued for unused time.
6. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event:

We will do our best to accommodate your new date.

If the new date is unavailable, our cancellation and refund policy will apply.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us in writing via email at moskeseweddingservices@gmail.com with your name, event date, and reason for cancellation. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
